We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, Fitri and her husband Wahyu, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They let us check-in early and even made us a cup of coffee. Fitri went above and beyond by helping us purchase train tickets when we had trouble with our credit card. The hotel is located in a peaceful village, away from the chaotic city, making it a perfect escape. The ambiance was serene and the staff made us feel like we were at home. We miss this place already!

The common area was cozy and welcoming, with a nice sofa and a small kitchen. The free coffee was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Bromo tour that we booked through the hotel. The guide, Eggi, was knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable.

The room was not cleaned well, as there were bugs, especially big spiders, which made it difficult to take a shower. There was no sink in the bathroom, and the lack of English-speaking staff made communication challenging.

The staff was helpful and offered scooter rentals. The overall ambience of the backpacker's house was relaxed, with plenty of space to relax and chill. The young manager was friendly and helped plan my trip, even providing transportation to the places I wanted to visit.
